These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, digital marketing solutions, analytics systems, automation tools, and related content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website or engaging with our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Alpine Analytics
Alpine Analytics is a digital marketing and consulting firm providing services including, but not limited to, paid advertising management, brand strategy, sales funnel development, web design, analytics, lead generation, business systems and related advisory services.
All Services are provided in accordance with these Terms unless otherwise outlined in a separate written agreement.
2. Scope of Services
Services provided by Alpine Analytics may include strategy development, campaign execution, consulting, reporting, and performance analysis. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Alpine Analytics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its Services at its discretion.
3. No Guarantees or Assurances
Alpine Analytics provides strategic guidance and execution based on experience, data analysis, and industry best practices. However:
- No guarantees are made regarding specific results, revenue outcomes, lead volume, conversion rates, or return on investment.
- Marketing performance is influenced by numerous external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, platform changes, customer behavior, and client responsiveness.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery
- Review and approve materials within reasonable timeframes
- Comply with applicable laws, advertising regulations, and platform policies
- Maintain responsibility for final approval of all published content and campaigns
Delays or inaccuracies in client-provided materials may impact timelines or results.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees are outlined in individual agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise stated:
- All fees are due in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Payments are non-refundable once Services have commenced
- Late payments may result in paused or suspended Services
Alpine Analytics reserves the right to terminate Services for non-payment.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Alpine Analytics retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, tools, templates, and internal systems
- Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, content, and data
- Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables created specifically for them
Alpine Analytics may reference non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law. This obligation survives the termination of Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Canadian law:
- Alpine Analytics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
- Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid to Alpine Analytics in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
9. Third-Party Platforms
Alpine Analytics may work with third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, CRM tools, hosting providers, and analytics software. Alpine Analytics is not responsible for:
- Platform outages, policy changes, or account suspensions
- Changes in algorithms or advertising costs
- Actions taken by third-party service providers
Clients agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate Services in accordance with the terms outlined in a separate agreement or with written notice where no contract exists.
Upon termination; outstanding fees remain payable, access to systems, accounts, or proprietary materials may be revoked. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Alberta.
12. Updates to These Terms
Alpine Analytics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
